Copying Bible verses in Logos 6

I am finding that it is not possible to select more than a couple of verses with the mouse before the whole section becomes highlighted. In Logos 5, I was able to do this. It is not an enormous problem, I can select the range in the copy verse box, but if I want to copy a selection of sentences that do not correspond to the verse structure, I can't. I would love some advice please.

You need to set Smart Text Selection in the Tools>Program settings menu to No.

This is the "Smart Text Selection" which can be toggled on/off in Program Settings

If you have it enabled you can switch if off on a "per-selection" basis by pressing the Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac) key

Has Logos fixed the issue that they were having with smart tags working in Word 2013? That was one of the best features with the older versions of Word working with Logos.

For clarity - smart tags and smart text selection are very different things.

People have got it working in Logos 6 - see https://wiki.logos.com/Smart_Tags for some information (there is a specific section on Logos 6) and https://www.logos.com/articleviewer/530 which has some information around Office 2013

If you are having issues please start a new thread and explain the problem - but please also bear in mind that the use of smart tags is "deprecated" and may not work in subsequent releases of Logos software

Seems this issue has created enough confusion (based on the number of posts) that Logos should seriously consider adding a popup explaining the feature and giving the user the option to disable it right then (or leave it enabled if desired) the first time (and only the first time) anyone uses the feature. It would probably save them and many of their users a lot of headaches!
