How would I find the Bible passage most commonly quoted elsewhere in the Bible?

A commonly quoted passage "love me and keep my commandments" is the final portion of the 3rd commandment (Ex 20:6). It is quoted at least 12 times in the Old and New testaments. Is there any way to find if this passage is the most quoted passage by the Bible writers?

The best I can propose is scrolling through A. EX VETERE TESTAMENTO in the NA 28 apparatus if you have it. This represents only OT quotations in the NT though and it is not a report all sorted. You would have to scroll through the whole list, visually identify the passages that are the most quoted and then count the instances in your short list. 

There are other resources that reference quotations within the Bible (Old Testament parallels, NTSK) but I have not found a way to search for them and produce an ordered list.
