I'm trying to isolate where my problem is. I can't get the video titled "Collapsing the Guides" to play at all. I don't think the problem is on my end. Any way to find out if it's a hitch on Logos' end?

You may need to provide some additional information here so that the forum experts can help. I'm thinking that knowing what operating system and something about your hardware may help. Are you talking about the Mobile Ed: LT151 resource?

Yes, I'm talking about Mobile Ed: LT151. I have no problems with any of the other videos. I can play the one right before (Studying with the guides) and the one right after (Passage Guide) but the title "Collapse the guides" never loads.
I'm on a mac and have the silver package. Again, no problems with anything else, just that one video. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, normally I'd just check the forums for the info, but I'm taking a class that requires that I view all the videos and I can't state that I've completed the requirement without seeing every single one.

You may want to edit the title of the thread by putting the word "BUG:" at the beginning. The Faithlife staff monitors the forums and they will see those. You can edit the tread by selecting the "More" drop down menu, select Edit from there and update the title.
They may ask for logs. The link I posted before has instructions on how to do that. Sorry, here is the link for Mac logs:
