I am tired of trying with no satisfaction with calendar. How can I completely eliminate the group I have created?

I am tired of trying with no satisfaction with calendar at all. I tried creating a calendar event in Internet Explorer and no calendar events show up. However the event does show in Chrome although the date is incorrect. How can I completely eliminate the group I have created?
