move from 3G to 3GS, offline for some books no longer works

Hi, got my new 3GS this week, and moved all software over to it, including Logos, and i noticed that some of the books i'd originally downloaded for offline reading now no longer show this plan icon, so i changed the switch from offline back to online and then back again, and it no longer wants to try and download the book, also i see some covers are missing which i didn't think where before.

i've trield deleting the app and reinstalling, doesn't make any difference, any ideas how i can force the app to re-download a book for offline reading?

done some more playing, and actually there seems to be just the one book that no longer wants to show the plane icon 'Christ Centered Preaching' but i wonder if this is because there's also no cover image?

The offline badge will not appear on books with no cover image, though the book may still be available offline. This will be addressed in a future update.
