These 2 works were originally separate (and have been requested here and here) but have also been published together by Eerdmans in 1983 (the edition I have was reprinted in 2002). Surprised not to see them in Logos.
On the first, Carson writes: "Probably the best of the “popular” commentaries is that of F. F. Bruce (repr., Eerdmans, 1996). This provides a straightforward exposition in 424 pages of the text as it stands with virtually no consideration of critical problems (though the alert reader will often detect the sagacity that has gone into critical decisions before pen touched paper)".
On the second: "The little commentary by F. F. Bruce (rev. ed.; Eerdmans, 1990) is a series of studies first published as articles in The Witness and is well worth reading".
