At the office I use Logos 6 with yosemite OS on my 27" IMAC. At home, I use Logos 6 on my Macbook Pro, with a much smaller display. I always update the current layout I am using so that when I get where I am going I can pick up where I left off (there may be a better way to do that). After leaving the IMAC and opening in Macbook Pro, I must always reconfigure the layout...realizing this is because of display settings between the two, I am wondering if there is a setting of some sort that I have overlooked as it seems they should automatically adjust?
The problem is that it begins making the layout run and build much slower? Also, on the Macbook Pro, which has limited display screen, is there a way to may (for instance) the highlight tools display proportionally smaller as the minimum space it uses is fairly large and wasteful? Because of this, I have also tried to use the highlight tools with a floated pane, but to no avail? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
