I am trying to build a PBB Dictionary.  I have two questions:

1. How do I link my table of contents (based on the English Alphabet) to the first entry beginning with that letter?
   
   
2. Is it possible to mark individual entries in the dictionary so that they are searchable as large text, key words, header words, etc.?

Thanks for any help or referrals to topics in the Wiki, etc.
