I have some notes files that sync and some that don't to my Android App. They aren't new, some are older. There doesn't seem to be any certain ones that it is leaving out. Suggestions?

In a browser, please sign in to logos.com and then navigate to documents.logos.com. Are all of your notes present there?
Yes they are.
What version of the Android app are you running? The current version is 4.4.6.
I remember having this problem on my Note 4. I was able to resolve it by clearing the apps cache & logging into my account again, and made sure that everything (books, docs, etc.) synced before I started messing around with the app. It took a while, but that seemed to have worked for me.
