Bug: Webcache broken after reinstall

After reinstalling Windows, I started getting error message when playing videos:

It turns out it's because my Logos install folder has changed. Logos should be able to cope with this by:

  1. Ideally, the local file should be stored as a relative path, not an absolute path. Alternatively, users should be able to specify an absolute path in settings (to avoid filling up their SSD with video).
  2. Alternatively, if the local cached file is missing, Logos should try and re-download it, rather than displaying an error which gives the impression it's the remote file that's problematic.

This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

I will create a case for Development to investigate this issue.

We'll investigate this as an option.

The code should already be doing this. I'll have to investigate whether this is something that broke or is just not fully working.
