Not from the Context menu, if that is what you mean. You have to do it in Library >> Prioritize

I put several bibles, commentaries, and dictionaries in the Prioritize box. I don't see a way to group Bibles, commentaries, dictionaries, etc. separately. Can you?

Also, doing some passage guide and searches I don't notice it's really using my priorities.

Prioritisation doesn't affect searches, but it will affect the passage guide.

There's no way to group, unfortunately.
