I am on 4.5.0B1 (4.5.0.2513 on both) on iPhone and iPad, problem verified on both.

This appears to be a problem with the particular Reading Plan since the issue occurs on Desktop as well.  In the future please post any beta issues to the Logos iOS Private Beta forum.
