Where does one submit 'corrections'? E.g.,
TWOT: 1368 נָכַר (nākar) recognize, acknowkdge, know, respect, discern (not in the Qal)
right click on the typo
a box will pop-up
scroll down to just above the "share to Faithlife, facebook, twitter, email" section
click on "report typo"
P.S. other forum posts exist about this particular resource. It is helpful for Faithlife to know where the typos occur. Then they try to reconcile with the printed document. If the error is in the original content provided by the publisher Faithlife often tries NOT to make corrections to the copyrighted text provided by publishers. If the publisher corrects the error then Faithlife will correct the resource when there are sufficient corrections to justify sending an updated resource.
Thanks, David. Follow up question: when you click 'Report typo' do the Logos people know where the typo occurs (i.e., does the program work its magic and give them 'chapter & verse' so to speak)? or do they need to be told 'this typo is found [here]'?
Yes. It includes the details.

Select the whole range of text you're reporting the error in first. If it's just one word, right-clicking on it will do that for you. But if it's a couple of words or a phrase with a missing word or something like that, then you must make the selection first.
