Update error

On MAC Yosemite....I am stuck in an update loop. Logos crashed at 98% indexing, upon restart said update is available, but will not update. I can cancel update, but it still prompts? If I try to get update, after I click install and relaunch, I get error to try again later? What the deal is. No log being created in //Library/Application Support/Logos...

Do you have logging enabled? See the link in my signature line.

Also, have you tried restarting your computer?

I had this problem tonight on a new computer. A restart fixed the issue. Let us know if you still have troubles.

By the way.... if I go to logging (and logging is enabled) the file in application support only shows a folder for Logos 4? Please advise.

Fixed after ya'll left me out to dry! Tech Support had me delete application and reinstall...only fix. Once the process a started after waiting for the right tech it only took a few minutes. Do not delete data file...just app file...if you delete data and library folders you will have to reindex. App reinstall took less than 5 minutes!

Sorry. You do know we are just volunteers, right? [:)]

As for the "Logos 4" folder... There is some dumb technical reason why Faithlife has to reuse the "Logos 4" folder name structure on Mac.
