I have had this title on order since 5/13. Coming up on two years in May.

I contacted sales and they told me that they have no idea when this will released.
Is this normal?
Aw, that's nothing. I think the Hebrew Pronunciations took something like six year!
Just kidding, though. There really isn't a "normal" -- it's all over the map, from a few months to 3 or 4 years. Longer wait times can have many causes behind the scenes, which the Faithlife folks are usually not able to reveal to us. Patience is our only recourse if they say they have no idea when it will be released. Usually we don't find out when these are going to be released until a couple of months before.
