I don't know exactly when it started, but when I read a resource on my iPad it no longer syncs to other devices and I cannot pick up from where I left off on another device. Also the amount read does not update in the library.
My Pastor has the same problem so it is not just a one off.
Unfortunately iPad support from Logos is abysmal, two weeks to reply. They told me that I wasn't using the latest version - but that was because an update came out between my initial report and their reply. Now I have to wait another two weeks to get to the next stage.
Anybody from Logos reading this? Perhaps you could chase up your support team and find out what is happening. When one spends a large amount of money on software I think you can assume a reasonable support service!
