It's down temporarily. You can still access it via your cart if you need to.
Wish lists have been temporarily disabled, as to not affect the server load during the initial launch event. Once things settle down, FL will turn them back on.
For now, you can still see your wish list items on the shopping cart page, once you place an item in your cart.
