Been waiting for this for a long time. Thanks. However, are the mobile lists linked to the desktop app lists? Mine don't seem to be. Am I missing something?
Yes, Prayer Lists should sync between Mobile and Desktop. Have you synced both devices?
My lists between Logos Bible app (new) and Faithlife Groups app are not syncing?
Same here: The syncing of prayer lists between desktop and iOS does not seem to work.
Armin
It worked after I killed the app and restarted.
Thanks Faithlife - I was very happy to use prayer lists in my one-stop app this morning [:D]
ok, that worked after I quit both iOS apps and then restarted, and it seems to have migrated to OS X as well, but I can't see where on the desktop app to find the "lists" I created on the iOS devices. When I go to "documents > prayer list" it just creates another blank untitled prayer (which then of course now synced and added to my iOS list under the newly created list "untitled prayer list (2) or (3)" etc.
Logic (to me) would say I can create a list on my iOS called "short-term" and add prayers to that list. I get it in iOS, not so much in OS X?
How do you get to the "lists" in the desktop app? Thanks. S

If you've created a Prayer List, just click Documents and look in the right column and then click on the list you wish to add prayers to. Here's an example: https://monosnap.com/file/dxryTyOBRrMIb8IWsR5kWaPBDLiuaj
Kevin, awesome, thanks!
Question: once a prayer list is set up for a FL Group, if I mark it as "prayed" or "answered" will it also change the status on the groups devices? I am looking to get a group to pray through requests without it disappearing on everyone's device when somebody marks as prayed or answered. Does it do that?

Yes; the prayer schedule is per-user, but the answered status is shared. A user can modify the schedule (or even unschedule a group prayer) without affecting other users, but answers and notes are shared. It works the same way on the desktop.
“Prayed” just marks the last prayed time and sets the next prayer time to next time on the schedule and that is per-user.
They work for me now as well. That's great news.
One change that I would like to see is that when I tap on a prayer item and get the detailed view, I cannot tick it off any more as prayed-for. It would be great to be able to do this without having to go back to the list view.
Yasmin,
Killing the app and restarting it is not necessary to perform a sync.If the Bible app is open, just press the iPad/iPhone device's physical Home button (the circular button, bottom center on every iOS device) to put the app in the background, and this will initiate an app sync. After doing so, you can either tap the Bible icon again or press the Home button twice to show the running background apps and then choose the Bible app to bring it into the foreground again.

Also, I am having deleting prayers from the "Answered" or "Unscheduled" sections. I tried to do it on my desktop, and they would not delete. I also closed and reopened the desktop app, and it still would not delete. However they delete just fine from the "Scheduled" section.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. Please post to the Desktop forum, someone there might be better able to help.
In Logos 8 Mobile App - Prayer - I see my prayer list and can modify but I can't check of a item as having been prayed for.
