Hang

Just recently upgraded to starter 8. Operating system MAC OSX 10.13

When I click to open, the logos icon flashes , the computer hangs and eventually the icon quits flashing and disappears. Computer returns to normal function; however, Logos does not open.

Have tried deleting all logos files from app folder, re-download and install. No go. Font test was ok.

I have attached the logging utility zip file for your review.

Did you move the Logos App from the logosmac.dmg image to the Applications folder?

Also make sure that the logosmac.dmg image is ejected from the Finder sidebar.

I had just double clicked the icon to install. At some point in the process, the install reported that it need to copy logos to the applications folder. This produced the error.

When I followed the directions as you emailed it worked fine.
