I am trying to open a new canvas but it is greyed out and says the tool is unavailable. Any help?
Canvas is not available with the Starter Feature. Which Feature Set do you have?
The new Canvas Tool is included in Logos 8 Bronze packages and higher. If you have a lower package, you may not have access to it.
