No clickable link to restart

Depending on what is updated sometimes there is a restart button to click to update and other times there is not. There was not one this time for me either. Personally I'd like to see one each time.

There is only a link to restart if the application has been updated, and only (I think) if you are on Windows. This has not changed with Logos 8.
