In Logos 8, my NKJV refuses to put LORD (Jehovah) in caps so I can not distinguish between it and Adonai.
My KJV is just fine though. Anyone have this issue? I don't recall seeing this in Logos 7.
Check if you have Bible Text Only visual filter enabled and "Bible text formatting" not specified
Disabling Bible Text only should sort this - or if you want in enabled, experiment with the various options
