Problems with install of Logos 8

I am unable to get Logos 8 to install on my machine. I keep getting the following error message:

Error writing to file:

c;\users\w4tmn\AppData\Local\Logos\Pending\nl\Libronix.DigitalLibrary.resources.dll

Verify that you have access to that directory

I can see the directory and the even the file being created, but it will not let me proceed any farther. Any suggestions on what I can do to get the installation to complete??

Error writing to file:

c;\users\w4tmn\AppData\Local\Logos\Pending\nl\Libronix.DigitalLibrary.resources.dll

The Pending folder is a temporary one and is deleted when installation is complete. When you have checked Folder Ownership (for the \Logos folder!) as suggested, delete the Pending folder before trying to install.
