Bug: Logos 8: Note Paragraphs Export Order

The Image shows the problem. Paragraphs inside a Note are wrong when exported.

  When I close the Notes and reopen it, the order in the Note is also changed. Even after changing the order it goes back to the order preferred by the software?

  Workaround

  I removed the bullet for the Fullilove citation. Copied the citation and pasted it below where I want it. Then I activated the bullet again. Closing an opening doesn't change the order anymore. Weird behavior?
