When you click on a word all words that you just clicked on will be high lighted.

Not by using the standard highlighting tool. I wish there was, it would be pretty handy.
You can, however, use Visual Filters (Docs | New | Visual Filter) to highlight all those words.

A similar feature that I miss from Accordance was "Highlight all Search Hits."
How did it differ from the automatic highlighting of search results we get in Logos?
The highlighting was permanent. It went into the highlights file.
