Clicking hyperlinks opens new windows

This has been a problem for a while, but just now reporting. 

Sometimes when clicking a link, a new window will open instead. Randomly, but sometimes quite often.

    Not that important of an issue, but has been going on a while. Seems as though I saw this reported elsewhere too, but couldn't find it.
