"add a note to"/ "add a clipping to" on right click

Hi there. When I right click on some text I've hilighted I see "add a note to [the last notes file I used]" and "add a clipping to [the last clippings file I used]". At the moment I have a couple of notes files and clippings files on the go at once...is it possible to make them both appear when I right click? At the moment, I have to manually open a notes file before it shows up on right click...is this the only way make this work?

All open note files and clippings will appear in the right click menu. When I am doing a study or just reading, I open the notes I think I will be using and save them as part of the layout. That way, they are available in the right click menu when I need them.

Thanks Jack. That helps. I guess if they all just came up like I was expecting it might end up with a massive list after a year or so of use! But by doing what you suggest I can just have the ones I want available
