Downloading Videos

Good morning, saints! :-)

Is there a way to download the videos that come up in the Media search? I'm using the Logos 8 desktop client. When I do a media search for "Hebron" a video comes up which has the play button. But when I click play, it always redirects me to the Faithlife site to play the video, rather than playing it within the client. Is there a way to change this, please?

I couldn't find the specific video you mention, but speaking generally, it's not possible to change this behaviour.

There are some methods you can use to download online videos, but I've not tried them with Faithlife videos, and I'm not sure what the licence implications might be.

Hi Henry,

If the video is on faithlifetv or in the blog area there is no faith-life facility to download it that I know of either. A search of Chrome extensions will most probably help you though because there are tools for capturing streaming video :-)
