My books are not showing that they can be read offline. I open the book as shown in the training videos, but the toggle under Available online is grayed out with off showing all the time. I've scanned the forums but haven't seen an answer. Thanks.
Just to check. You are online and have signed into your account?
You may also want to check to ensure that you have the latest App version...

You need to own a Logos base package to be able to download for offline reading. It's not available on the free app.
