It seems as though I can no longer highlight then drag anything into a note file. I also am not able to drag and drop to rearrange within a note. This has always worked in the past. Is there anything I can do to turn it on?

I too would like an answer on this - also why dont the notes when copied and pasted dont have hyperlinks to the resources anymore.
