The table of contents look identical. The only difference I can see is about $3.00 (16.99 and 13.99).
Yeah that's pretty well what is saw too. I have the commentary with the whitish cover and compared both on Amazon and they do in fact look the same.

From what I can see, the only difference is that the $16.99 one has the General Editors Comments and the other doesn't.
Also, I did notice a different ISBN.
So I'm thinking they're essentially the same. maybe one was a hard cover and the other a soft? Either way, I don't think anyone will be missing anything if they got either.

Whether it was hard cover or soft cover wouldn't matter to us. The Editor Comments is the only significant change I can detect (judging from the toc), and I don't see them being worth a $3.00 difference. I could be wrong, but I don't see it.
