Crash: Logos 8.3 on Windows 10 crashed on startup

I'd just started my office computer and opened Logos then was looking at something else in a browser and noticed Logos had crashed

It crashed again on restart.

The logs seem to suggest a problem with the Atlas - which I briefly saw was open in a floating window when I restarted.

I then opened to a blank layout and it opened fine.

I wonder if this was an instance of the problems with 8.3 not communicating correctly with some Web services. I hadn't updated this computer to SR1 at this point but just doing that now.
