I was wondering if there is a way to add/pay for the Concordance Tool in LOGOS 8? I just updated the core system to 8 but not through a package upgrade.

Unfortunately that's not possible. It's only available as part of a bigger bundle. You can visit this page to find out what your options are (look in for the right-hand column).

Phil explained previously - https://community.logos.com/forums/p/130492/848887.aspx#848887 - that this isn't something that is normally done and provides some reasons why.
To the best of my knowledge that hasn't changed and the cheapest option to get this would be the Bronze Upgrade feature set - https://community.logos.com/forums/p/130492/848887.aspx#848887 - or to take out a Faithlife Connect subscription.
Anything else would require contacting Sales to see if they could suggest anything
