iOS beta 8.3.1 - audio bible issue

I can no longer play audio bibles when the phone is on silent, nor can I play them with the app in the background.

I’m still pretty confused about where to post mobile beta issues. I thought I‘d read several times that it was on faithlife.com but there’s a big message saying:

Faithlife Beta Group Now Closed

...and advising us to post in the forums (which is obviously a better environment). I can’t tell when that was posted (no visible date), but I feel like it was several months ago, at least?

Inexplicably, this has fixed itself on both counts (silent mote and background playback working). I have no idea what’s happening that would cause the behaviour change - maybe memory-handling issues?

I both love and hate this post. [:P]

I agree that the forums are a better place... and have written about it several times recently (and for several years!). However, you should be posting in the (right) FL Group, which is called Logos 8 mobile app beta testers

Obviously you need to be a member first. If you are not, you will have to receive an invitation from FL.

    Thanks for your help!

I wonder why they would create a new group instead of just using the existing one? That seems needlessly confusing. Ah, well...

Hi James, I have invited you to join the Mobile Beta group.
