I have been have trouble lately accessing and copying images from Logos 8, has anyone else had such an issue or know what might be preventing them from being accessed or copied?
Sorry you are having troubles Joe. How are you trying to access and copy the images?
Also, it might be helpful for you to provide us a specific resource and image. Perhaps a screen shot too.
I included some screenshots of the problem. I selected a Scripture Art image from the media collections, but when the second window pops up it does not appear so I cant save the image to my computer. It just buffers for a little bit and then goes blank.
Which specific version of the app engine are you using?
My guess is that this relates to the (ongoing) problem discussed at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/179578.aspx
