Howdy from Texas!
With version 8.4, I notice that that the download resources function has changed. If you buy even a small package, the new resources stay in the cloud, unless you choose the option of downloading resources as soon as the program is opened.
It used to be that Logos would tell you how many megabytes of resources were waiting to be downloaded if you had Automatic Download set to "no." Then you could click, and they would download if you wished.
That option helped me a great deal because it told me how much time to allocate for the download and indexing, and I could then choose to use the program and install resources later.
Is there any way to include that option again in our Program Settings? To be more detailed, is there any way to have three options: 1) new resources go to the cloud, and show up in your library, but each one has to be downloaded individually (as the software does now); 2) resources are automatically downloaded (also available now); 3) we are notified of resources waiting to be downloaded and the megabyte size of the download file (as it used to be when "Automatic Download" was set to "no")?
Thanks a million!
