Is it possible to listen to books while on the Mobile App? I understand that some materials a audio and you can listen but is there a way to listen to books read by the "Computer voice" as on the computer applications.

The usual way is to use iOS Voiceover (Settings > Accessibility > Voiceover). But it's gesture controlled. If you try it, write down the gestures first (in the Settings app). Also:

But I doubt this is what you're hoping for (listen while driving, etc). It's not easy.
