BUG? has the cloud resource functionality killed removing unowned resources?

A user running 8.4 SR-1 stable claims that "remove unlicensed resources" doesn't remove the resources he got with a Verbum cloud trial that is now expired.
See some logs there (no logos.log even though I tried to let him create one): https://community.logos.com/forums/p/181287/1048582.aspx#1048582
The error log encounters lots of SQLite 284 errors, and the CloudResourceManager speaks up. Has anyone seen/tested removed licenses since the cloud functionality was introduced?
Have joy in the Lord!

Why's the user complaining? He gets the free use of some resources he doesn't own... [:)] JK. It could be annoying, could take up space one doesn't have to spare, etc.

That command just deletes leftover files. It never removes anything that is actually listed in the library.
I responded on the original thread.
