New Note on Selected Verse(s)

I wish that the New Note button ( a nice addition ) would include an option to add a new note not just on the selected text but on the selected verse so that I can see that note in all translations, not just the open translation used at that time.

If you don't actually have text selected, then the new note button should default to using the selected verse as the anchor.

Does that help at all?
