I do not see any ship date info on PrePubs. That is going to cut down my buying drastically.
Can you give an example? I see a date (outlined in red)
Or do you mean there are some prepubs for which there is no ship date? That was always the case until getting nearer to production.
Maybe Robert referred to the missing Sort-by-Ship-date feature (sort by progress used to work the same, but doesn't give any meaningful sort right now), which allows to see which PB will ship soon with a rebate and to lock it in at 20-30% off.
To not have this feature available will cost Faithlife sales & money, I presume.
Have joy in the Lord!

Yes the sort by progress is useless. I want to see the prepubs shipping this week, not hundreds of random prepubs. The last chance filter is a little better but not much.

Any time I click on a book to see more information about it, I quickly see it then I am looking at basically a blank page.

"Restrictions apply" Could you set out the terms please?
- You can use it only once.
- It applies only to the 25,614 products in this list; 7,094 products don't qualify (including base packages).
- The discount expires in roughly two weeks.
- There's no minimum spending requirement or maximum savings limit.
The coupon code doesn't seem to be working on items that are on sale already (30%+)...?

I like the improved look and the sorting features. Obviously still wrinkles to iron out. One of these would be the way that titles that used to show with no price now show like this:
It is still just as unclear to the user what sort of products these are and why they are displayed in this way.
Also, do others find that the Romans High Definition commentary and a few other resources keep appearing in the Logos 8 Basic package list of unowned items even when owned?
Thanks for the work going in seeking to provide a better website experience. We'll keep on pointing out what is still not up to par to help achieve this goal.

There's also another coupon code on es.logos.com

Actually, one of the big issues with Logos.com was people buying individual books, not the packages. A big contributor was the prepubs (and of course the ship date for last minute shoppers). By eliminating this feature, increasing the block size per resource (force the insistent shopper to scroll, scroll, scroll), and hiding the most useful information (often the culprit), the new design promises a much better FL experience.
I periodically used the Catholic FL site already, and the strategy certainly works for me! I try a page, and get exhausted and give up.
More seriously, I think they copied Home Depot's site, where you already know you need the high speed drill with the snap-on bits. No one goes 'shopping' at Home Depot.

(Summer Sale) AND (Library Expansions)
Not very smart indeed.

When does this sale expire?
Nevermind... from what I can tell from these forums is about two weeks? Could a firm expiration date be set and put on the website?
Also, is there a way to compare this list with our wishlists so we can see what the code will work or do we have to go through them one by one?

1) It's showing me a dynamic price of $72.26, and yet total value if sold separately is less than that at $64.95.
This is explained at the bottom of your first screenshot: "Individual products included in this collection are currently sale priced. Purchasing the individual volumes in this collection may be more cost effective than purchasing the collection itself."
It affects both the old site and the new site.

Looks a lot like Faithlife ebooks website. I’m not sure I like it. Plus, still only 60 maximum showing instead of at least 100.

What happened to my wishlist? I had all of the items on my wishlist sorted by priority and I no longer see that option... please tell me that didn't get removed... please?

I'm with you... maybe it will grow on me but I didn't like the new FLEB site when it shipped and this looks like much of the same. I'm hoping it doesn't become a disaster like the FLEB site was with searches not working.

it looks like items are removed from your wishlist when you put them in your cart. They come back when you remove them from the cart.
Putting the wishlist items in the cart is the quickest way to find out if they will have the discount applied.

Thank you Robert! I'm more concerned at the moment with my priority list. The old Logos website wishlist I had was sorted by items in high priority and regular priority so I could filter the books to the top that I needed sooner than later. It seems that function is now gone or MIA at the moment which is sad. If they would have given us a heads up that the priority sort was going away I could have made notes as to what I had at the top. Now I'm going to have to go through my list one at a time and move them to a new list.

Except for 16 items, they did NOT come back on my wishlist.
I've just realized I lost almost my entire wishlist through this bug.
This is quite awful...

I am so glad it does. The new website just doesn't work for me.
1) I cannot see if a pre-pub (or some regular resources) is included in a bundle. This is the most important weakness for me, because that's the first thing I look for when considering a purchase.
I ask myself, "Can I get this resource cheaper in a bundle? Will I end up double-ordering a resource if this resource is already in a bundle I pre-ordered?"
2) I cannot view my "Orders" in an useful manner (The fonts are large and the order page is too spread out).
I will be using classic.logos.com for now. I hope FL listens.

I'm happy to have this in electronic form, but I'm disappointed that the witnesses are not linked to their descriptions (as listed in the Introduction|The Apparatus|The Witnesses). I know that at least one electronic version of the THGNT has these witnesses hyperlinked.
Are there plans to update the apparatus with these links?0 -

I'm not a big power user like others are but I think the redesign looks great. One feature I really like is when scrolling through books to purchase, those I own already tells me that. With over 1,000 books in my library, I can't remember them all (I know, why not) so if I see a book I like knowing whether I own it already or not is fantastic.
Thank you FL for the update.

Also, you've moved the info about what collections the product is in all the way to the bottom of the page, even below all the comments, which is extremely inconvenient. Consider putting it closer to the product description, above the comments. The first thing I typically want to know about a product is whether or not it is in any collections.
I was looking at a product page today to see if it was contained in any collection. It happened to have a lot of reviews (which reminded me of this post).
If that section can't be moved above the reviews (which would be preferable), how about adding a "This title is included in X collections" hyperlink at the top of the page, so we can quickly navigate to that section?
(If it's too difficult to display the exact count, just generalize the hyperlink to say "... in other collections.")
Thanks for considering this!
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

That does not seem to be working correctly though ... the base link works ... but when I edit some of my existing URLs they are being redirected to the new Beta site.

We’re excited to have you explore this new website and hope it improves your experience on Logos.com!
I explored and now I am peeved!
I put a group of resources from my wish list into my cart then applied the New30 discount to see what items received the discount. Then I removed the items from my cart. BUT they did not return to/remain on my wish list!! My list of 67 wanted items is now a list of 20. I doubt I will go back and rebuild the list from these commentaries.
I am now an unhappy Logosian.

I tried classic today ... the go-to's all point to logos.com ... wasted time.
They removed the prepub ship, and take absolutely no responsibility for pages and pages of in-development. I took Logos.com off my browser ... their site ... have at it.

Honestly, the new website is not “new.” All they did was use their Faithlife ebooks site for Logos too. The old is better in this case.

That's not the case.
Over the last few years the website has been entirely re-written, almost from the ground up. Once the basic features were written, Vyrso moved over, a few years ago. Other properties also moved over. But there were dozens of things you could do at logos.com that you couldn't do at the eBooks site (e.g. &unlocked=no).
Over the last several months, they've been adding those features, and reached a point where there is almost parity with the old logos.com site, so they've decided to make the switch. There will continue to be improvements, no doubt, but at least they're now using modern architecture and design that works across all devices (the old site was horrible on mobile).
So while you may not like the design (and there's a few things I don't like myself), from a technical perspective, it's a huge improvement.

So all we need now is something like https://classic.vyrso.com and everyone will be happy again.

I hope that's a joke! [:)]
There were a lot of things that the Vyrso site didn't offer, that the new site does. While the ebooks site can still be improved, let's not dismiss all the new improvements and features.
The new site is here to stay (but will continue to get better). We should try to offer specific feedback/suggestions to FL, instead of merely saying that the old site is better. FL is listening, and does care what we think about the new site.

If the new site really bothers someone, I suggest that that person use their coupon (or not) and come back in a week.

Thank you, everyone for checking out the new site, and providing your feedback in this thread and through the survey. We are listening and monitoring the feedback closely, and we are working to address the issues as quick as we can and improve the site.
There are many features that we are currently addressing, tweaking, and improving, but I wanted to call out these three things specifically.
- We are working on fixing the bug where wishlist items are removed after being added to cart (rather than after purchase). I'm sorry for the surprise inconvenience this caused many of you.
- Many of you have commented on not being able to see what collections a single title is included in. That information does exist, but it is currently at the bottom of the page. We are going to be moving it higher up on the page soon.
- We are working on fixing the bug where sorting Pre-Pubs by progress is not sorting by ship date.
We know that your experience on Logos.com is an important part of getting the resources you need (or want! [:)]) to do your Bible study, and we take that seriously. Thank you for your patience as we continue to improve it for you.

This is my strategy. I'm just going to wait until they work out the kinks. I've given my feedback. I've used my coupon. Now, with the exception of the forums, I'm staying off of the website. Too frustrating.

I'm not able to use my favorite feature on the new site - the ability to see which items are moving out of pre-pub in the next 2 weeks. It took me 2 clicks on the old site and now I can't find the feature on the new.

my wish list seems to be intact on classic.logos. The items that i purchased on the new website are grayed out and the one's that i moved into the cart to see if they had a discount but didn't are still there. (on the classic page, click on your name at the top right corner then select Wishlist).
But now when I try to see which prepubs are going live this week on classic, it throws me back to the new site which is USELESS!

I'm sure there are a lot of logos.com references on the classic site which inadvertently get you to the new site.
God bless them for the unimaginable work of maintaining two sites, so customers would still have access to the old site. Any other business would have probably shut down the old one.
