For a little background, it seems the 1999 Wipf & Stock edition is a new edition (the amount of revision is unclear, the picture says "with a new epilogue") of the book originally published by Harper Row/HarperCollins in 1979/80. The first edition must have stirred some amount of discussion. There was a 1982 book by John Woodbridge published as a critique of it (Zondervan), explicitly named "Biblical authority: A critique of the Rogers/McKim proposal".

I think I recall many authors who write about inerrancy cite McKim/Rogers - some seem to dismiss it, but obviously this is a work that needs to be taken into account when discussing the topic

I was looking to buy this today. Looks like I'll have to make do with a paperback version. It's a shame, as it's an important, if controversial, book.
