I create a note file for every book of the Bible that i am studying. I also have just a few clipping files. All in total maybe under 40, but even with this relatively small amount I um struggling to find needed files.

I would like to suggest categorizing user documents by type first, then arrange them alphabetically. Also, could we collapse the type (just like in Explorer) so we can only see word search puzzle files, for example 
Also, for right-click adding to notes or clippings, is there a way to implement a "drop-down" structure, similar to L3: Add a note to:NOTES>list of my note files. Because again, if there are several note files or clippings open, there are not currently organized well and lead to clutter.
