Is there a way to print highlighted text along with any accompanying notes?
Not at this time. I'm not sure if this will be part of the Quotes feature when the bring it back.

Seems like such basic functionality! Hard to understand why it isn't available. If you print a document in any processor, you have the option to print footnotes...
The highlights are not all designed to be recognized by a printer which is why one must print a them as a screen shot.
