BUG: Custom Notes / Highlighting disappearing....

When I click on the notes button under a resource, and then select "Highlights" as the filtering Type, all my custom highlights become plain yellow, which cannot be undone! Even after removing the "highlights" filter, and scrolling through the resource, all the highlights are left as plain yellow generic highlights.

This appears have begun happing after I've change the name of a custom highlighting pallet.
Is there anyway to undo this??? Restarting the application does not help.
