Bug? Parallel Gospel Reader tool sometimes does not highlight corresponding Greek words properly

The Parallel Gospel Reader tool has a wonderful capability to highlight the corresponding word in a different Gospel when I select a word in one Gospel.

However, sometimes it highlights words that are not actually in the other Gospels. Here is an example. When I hover over the Greek word ὅτε in Matthew 21:1 it properly highlights the same word in Mark 11:1. But it also highlights ὡς in Luke 19:28, which is clearly not the same word.

I suppose this is supposed to show when a different word is used in the same location within Gospel accounts. But is can be misleading, particularly in English where it is not clear if the difference is due to differences of translation rather than the original language words.

Harry I cannot check this right now, but I am sure that in settings you can change the behaviour to highlight lemma or manuscript, and maybe another option applicable. Sorry if not the case

There are no Visual Filters or other selection criteria for what is highlighted. It is likely that the words that are highlighted in the parallel gospel account are hard wired into the resource.

I wish there were the options to do highlighting in the parallel gospel account based on lemma, root, inflected form, surface text, etc. would be very helpful. It would be great if you could do this while viewing an the English Bible translation. But the English Bibles do not seem to have the full tagging that are available in the reverse interlinear Bibles. Only Bible Word Lexicon and a few discourse tags, but no information on Greek, at least based on what is displayed in the Context menu. There is The Greek NA28 has full morphological tagging, lemma, gloss, etc. If the English incorporated the reverse interlinear Greek information, something like Corresponding Selection could be implemented, which would be awesome! Then you could highlight a phrase and see where it appears in a parallel Gospel.
