What are your favorite resources in studying the Life of Christ?
There are many notable books on various aspects of the life of Christ, but for a classic on the overall life of Jesus, James Stalker, The Life of Christ, is rarely surpassed.

Thanks John. This one looks very good. In the reviews one of the reviewers (Jens Randolff) states "I am currently undertaking a one-year study of the Harmony of the Gospels using all 10 available Harmonies in my library." I am wondering if anyone on the forum has done something similar - a systematic study of the life of Christ using harmonies in your studies. This sounds like something I would like to embark upon. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
They just cover the "ends," but Raymond Brown's Birth and Death of the Messiah are fairly exhaustive. Any question you might have about Jesus' birth or his death, he has something to say about it. (He did not write a similar volume on the resurrection. He was getting old and said he preferred to explore that one face to face.)
