Logos library is crashing whenever I am trying to take notes. The support team tried to solve the issue. When nothing was done they directed the issue to developers team. In the meantime the support team gave me a first step to solve the problem. They advised me to follow the following steps to access the Logos File in the finder Library folder. Following the steps I was not able to locate the Logos folder. Is there any other way to see the Logos folder? Does anyone help me to get alternative steps?
- Quit Logos.
- Open Finder.
- Press CMD+Shift+G.
- Type ~/library/application support/
- Click Go.
- Open the Logos folder
- Rename your Documents folder (ex: Documents.old)
- Open Logos while holding down the CMD key
- Select “Work Offline” from the sign in window
- Open the notes tool
- Create a new note
- In the new note change Highlight style to “Yellow”
- Add some text in the note
- Restart Logos normally
- See if it crashes after added a new note once your docs sync
