Is there a search for Verses that start with the same first letter?
There is no way to filter the first letter of a word or verse. I will admit I am curious about why you would want to conduct such a search? What would the significance of that search be?
In short, No!
There isn't a way to specify "words with the same first letter" at the start of a verse.
I tried a Synatx Search for "Same Gloss at the start of a Sentence" in the book of Mark and Logos crashed each time, Because every sentence has to be compared with ALL other sentences in the book, results are time consuming and data intensive, and didn't specify the location of the matching sentences e.g. the matching sentence was shown under Mark 1:1, but it came from Mk 13:8.
I don't think so.
Are you thinking of verses in the original languages, or in translation? Any particular verse division scheme (given that they change to some extent by version)?
What is your ultimate goal? The versification of Scripture is an editorial addition (or, rather, many additions), so I'm interested in understanding the value that a search that meets your criteria would have.

This does leave some verses that start with punctuation like quotes or parenthesis. You could probably first paste the text in a text editor and use search and replace to remove all instances of those, then copy/paste to the spreadsheet.
This also has the problem that it doesn't give the verse reference. An alternative that will only work with smaller blocks of text (I was able to do this on up to four chapters), do the following:
The plan some in our fellowship are using in our Craft_night with children is to go through the alphabet in the gospel messages. I do the Sword Drill, and was investigating following suit.
