Any idea why I can't get this book in Canada??
And yet there's a Canadian price tag on it. hmmmm.
This and only one other of his books I can't get and yet I have several by him in my library
mm.
It's a Zondervan-published eBook. See https://community.logos.com/forums/p/177623/1027201.aspx#1027201 for the official statement.
Well ok then. I'll just have to use the paperback version. Thanks for the thread explanation.
I really do hope that he managers who overlook the Faithlife ebook contracts at HCCP see a substantive reduction in royalties caused by lost sales to international customers (hopefully a big reduction against an overall positive trend at their competitors on the same platform), since I suspect that's the only way they come to their senses. That's the reason I try to refrain from buying those things "unshippable" to me from an alternative ebook platform, which would give HCCP the same royalties from my pockets just through another place and weaken FL's position.
If I want the specific book, I'll try to go for a used paperback: no royalties. But even better is to buy from another publisher at ebooks.faithlife.com.
It's available for Kindle for $6.98. I just bought it, in fact. I read it once for a class taught by J.I. Packer years ago and still have the paperback edition, but it's the sort of thing I'd want to add to my Logos library just for reference. Too bad I can't.
right. I saw the Kindle version, but like you, I'd rather have it in Logos. Well snow is finally falling in the Prairies [:(]
