My pastor's exegetical guide...

... which worked in v.3, no longer shows any results in v. 4, although mine does.

He too has a cobbled-together version of Logos as opposed to one of the packages, but still, I find it funny that he should get results in v.3 but not 4.

Anyone have any ideas as to why or what I could check for him to troubleshoot this?

Has he just recently installed L4? Is indexing still taking place? (The blue Logos icon will appear in the lower right corner of the screen while it's indexing.) If so, have him try again after indexing is complete. It could take several hours. It has to go through every resource and make note of where every word is located so it can find them quickly in the future when you run a Search. It's a pain to wait through it, but once it's done you'll be glad for it.
